Dan Biesel is the cover designer and illustrator for my book; 3 Men & A Mountain. The book is due to release on October 29th! Dan's work can be found throughout the book. Imagery of monsters and creatures from the shadows are littered throughout!

I'm honestly lucky to have crossed paths with the super-talented Dan Biesel. Back in 2015 he was a guest artist at our little gaming event in Merrill, Wisconsin called LincCon (Then Pizza n' Games). It was our fifth event, and I was reaching out for artists of various talents to come and be a part of our event. At the time, Dan was working on a comic series called "Gridcurrent" and had issue #2 on the horizon. I was so excited when he accepted our invite and showed up. Since then, he's become a regular at our larger event in the Wausau area called EVERCON. Dan has been creating the poster art for our gaming events for a few years now, and some of the designs he comes up with are super incredible! Whatever hair-brained idea we ask him to put together, he always knocks it out of the park! Dan, being a local legend, will hopefully remain the featured artist for all of our events!

Dan even tangled with a former pro wrestler who went by the name of Quayle Justice. What was considered a sweet gesture on his part quickly turned into a violent encounter on center stage!

From what I understood, Quayle found the artist’s rendition of him to be insulting! Dan went on record to say, “Maybe I made Quayle a little 'too buff' for his liking?”

Dan sustained several injuries after the encounter, including a lacerated liver and a broken neck. Just the fact that he was able to survive the attack was impressive, and the fact that he was able to continue creating fantastic art was even more impressive.

But what am I rambling about today? How cool it is to know that the illustrations in my silly ass book look so awesome! Far surpassing the quality of the book itself, I'm just blown away that Dan agreed to be a part of this journey with me! If there's one thing that you can't deny in my first ever published release. It's that the images within, and the book cover look super badass, and I'm forever grateful for that!
